IB Diploma Coordinator
Mirza Faizan Baig started his career as a lecturer in electrical engineering at an engineering college in Bhopal in the year 2009 after completing Bachelors in engineering. In his tenure of two years he took up additional responsibilities as Assistant exam controller and sports in charge. In year 2011, he joined another engineering college as Assistant professor in electrical engineering. There he took up the office of project in charge besides teaching, and guided many successful student projects. Meanwhile he completed his M.Tech in Power Electronics in the year 2017. In search of new challenges he joined Eastern Public School in 2019 as IBDP and IGCSE Physics Educator. He worked as associate diploma programme coordinator for one year (2023) then he was promoted to become the Diploma Programme coordinator in the year 2024. Meanwhile being in EPS he has attended various IB and Cambridge personality development workshops.
Mirza Faizan Baig is very keen to learn new things and believes in learning by practically doing things. He tries to inculcate the same into his students in order to make them lifelong learners. Moreover his curiosity and tendency to question makes him a good guide for the students to develop critical thinking and analytical skills. He strongly believes that these skills will make his students ready to take up any challenges at present and in future.
