The Senior School Sports Day was a colourful mosaic of athleticism, family time, and intense competition, skillfully put together by the school’s PE department. The day commenced with a dynamic showcase of skill and camaraderie, with a captivating highlight on the inter-house boys and girls skating competition, an impressive march past where students from four houses—named after the four rightly guided caliphs- Hazrat Abu Bakr, Hazrat Umar, Hazrat Uthman, and Hazrat Ali—paraded with pride and enthusiasm. Adding a delightful twist, the Father’s Race injected a dose of humor and joy as spirited dads showcased their athletic prowess, creating a heartwarming spectacle. Parents actively participated in various events, reinforcing a sense of community and shared enthusiasm for sports. However, the most anticipated spectacle was the Tug of War, where intense rivalries and strategic teamwork converged. The air buzzed with excitement as teams pulled with all their might, culminating in a suspenseful climax. The school recognized the top winners for their extraordinary accomplishments and acknowledged each participant’s bravery and devotion by giving them medals that would always remain etched in their memories. The School Captain and SS Principal, Fraz Sir, gave statements to wrap off the SS Sports Day.
