EPS is a firm believer in balancing Duniya and Aakhirah, and that makes the ISP department the most important part of this organization. EPS aims to develop in its staff, students, and parents Islamic profiles like Honesty, Humility, Generosity, Forgiveness, Compassion, Courage, Patience, Justice, and Gratitude. These profiles have been selected as these attributes and qualities reflect a true believer and a Muslim of timeless virtues and values.
The purpose of this unique and first-of-a-kind survey in educational institutions is to diagnose and treat the ailments of one’s soul. The ISP team has structured a very detailed survey questionnaire which is a kind of X-ray machine to detect the spiritual & moral issues that we live with. The entire drive consists of several phases beginning with identifying and defining the above-mentioned ISP learner profiles, counseling sessions with teachers and parents for a deep conceptual understanding, ISP events like family surveys and auxiliaries which will establish the development of these profiles. The profiles and definitions are derived from the Quran and authentic Hadeeth. The next step is to identify practical problems and challenges being faced by people in practicing these critical Islamic traits. The last step in this survey is assessment after which we go back to further refining the diagnostic test and finally, to refine the line of treatment accordingly.
The ISP curriculum, teaching & learning as well as character building will be planned and executed in the light of the findings of the series of these surveys.
Manners are being taught but are not being taught to children. What is the use of things are not implemented.children talk politly themselves.i haven’t seen it yet i am very disappointed.
