  1. Click here or above to download the form.
  2. Click on the download option (downward arrow present on the top right side of the page)
  3. Save it in whatever name you desire by clicking on the save button as shown in the image
    1. Open and Fill the (Saved) Editable PDF Form
    2. After completion of the form, filling Go to file >Save as
    3. Chose a “different Folder” option and save the file wherever you want to save it.
    4. Make the payment (Online/Cheque/Cash)
        1. After filling in the Admission form, Kindly pay Rs. 1500/- as a registration amount.
        2. IF you want to make the payment online or through cheque details are mentioned below.

        4. You can also visit the school from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and make the payment in cash to the Accounts department.

Submit The form

  1. To submit the form online please click here
  2. Click on “Submit Form” Icon
  3. Upload the form with all required documents and payment receipt. or The print out of the filled Admission Form can be submitted to the Admission Officer in School, along with all the required documents during working days from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.

After submitting the form our admission officer will get back to you within two working days. In case you do not receive any update in the given time,  you can contact our Admission officer on [email protected] or (7869625166)
