Step-1 (Download the Form)

Step-2 (Fill the Form)

1. Open and Fill the (Saved) Editable PDF Form
2. After completion of the form, filling Go to file >Save as
3. Chose a “different Folder” option and save the file wherever you want to save it.
4. Make the payment (Online/Cheque/Cash)
  1. 1. After filling in the Admission form, Kindly pay Rs. 1500/- as a registration amount.
    2. IF you want to make the payment online or through cheque details are mentioned below.

Upload the form with all required documents and payment receipt. or The print out of the filled Admission Form can be submitted to the Admission Officer in School, along with all the required documents during working days from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
