HOW EPS LEADS WITH PURPOSE
Being a leader is about embracing a purpose, not about having a title. Students were given responsibility rather than just recognition at the Investiture Ceremony 2025, which stood as a proud moment of honor and dedication. This ceremony, which was based on the fundamental principles of the Islamic Learner Profile and the International Baccalaureate Learner Profile, declared the start of a journey for those who will lead with integrity, empathy, and resilience. The March past, a symbol of discipline, unity, and strength, added a proud and powerful energy to the Investiture Ceremony. It was a celebration of young individuals taking the initiative to help their community and peers while bearing not only badges but also a strong sense of responsibility, purpose, and morals.
At EPS, leadership development is an ongoing process that molds each student leader’s values, voice, and mindset. Being a changemaker who has the guts to lead and the humility to serve is more important than simply holding a position. Our students come forward with grit, resilience, and a clear purpose, with every badge pinned and every promise made. The 2025 Investiture Ceremony was more than just a title celebration; it was a statement of accountability, vision, and readiness to make a significant difference both inside and outside of the classroom. Every act of leadership, done with honesty and humility, brings reward not just today—but in the Hereafter.
