Download the Form

  1. Click here or above to download the form.
  2. Click on the download option (downward arrow present on the top right side of the page)
  3. Save it in whatever name you desire by clicking on the save button as shown in the image

Fill the Form

 

(a) Open and Fill the (Saved) Editable PDF Form

 

(b) After completion of the form, filling Go to file >Save as

 

(c) Chose a “different Folder” option and save the file wherever you want to save it.


Make the payment (Online/Cheque/Cash)

        1. After filling in the Admission form, Kindly pay Rs. 1500/- as a registration amount.
        2. IF you want to make the payment online or through cheque details are mentioned below.

        4. You can also visit the school from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and make the payment in cash to the Accounts department.

Submit The form

Kindly attach the filled Application form along with receipt of paid registration fees of Rs.1500 and necessary documents as mentioned in the application form

  2. The below page will be open here Give your email ID, contact number, and Upload the form with all required documents and payment receipts.
  3. Click on the “Submit Form” Icon

    Or The printout of the filled Admission Form can be submitted to the Admission Officer in School, along with all the required documents during working days from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
